If the item is not faulty, you have no rights to a refund or exchange unless you buy online (see below). The same applies if goods are the wrong size, unless they are clearly not the size described.
Depending if you purchased the item you want to return from the shop or online we have two types of refund.
IF YOU PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP
We will take the item back after a check has been made that it hasn’t been used or damaged, all the packaging is still intact and labels still attached. We can then offer you a credit note to use in the shop in the future.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
IF YOU PURCHASED THE ITEM OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE
It couldn’t be easier with our 3 step returns.
As long as the item is unused, still has its packaging and you send it back within 30 days from it arriving with you.
Package the item up in a suitable box or postage bag (anything to keep the item safe on i’s way back to us).
Include the invoice we sent you, if you no longer have the invoice then a note with your name & full address will do just fine.
Take it to your local Royal Mail post office, we always suggest using a tracked or recorded shipping service.

When your order gets back to us you will be refunded within 4 working days (7 working days during peak business times).
Our 30 day return policy gives customers lots of time to inspect their order and make sure they are happy with every item, if not we are more than happy to refund in full.
Should your item be faulty please contact us via the Contact Us link. We can then supply you with a returns address. Items are inspected by both ourselves and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned at a buyer expense. Should the item be worn whilst faulty no refund will be granted.
UNWANTED ITEM/WRONG SIZE
Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via the Contact Us link. A costume can be returned as long as the costume is unworn and is how it arrived ie; in the packaging tidily with the backing card in exactly the same place as it was sent; Please note if we have to spend time re-organising the costume a 10% deduction from your sale will be made – Please note all of our returns are inspected and tested against wearing. Please return by a TRACKED SERVICE to; Party Place, 35 Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 8AA. You must return this costume within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A refund of the cost of the item minus postal costs will be made. No postage costs will be refunded.
Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via the Contact Us link so that we can assist you. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note we will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items: Wigs, Wig Caps, Facial Hair, Make-up, Teeth, Hosiery and Underwear.
